**What it’s like to be a Northbridge Personal Lines Underwriting Specialist**
Our Personal Lines Corporate Underwriters customize solutions for our internal clients when they need advice on covering our insurance risks. They work closely with our Underwriters to develop unique Personal Lines Home and Auto solutions. The Executive Underwriter stays abreast of the industry developments and uses their expertise to refine existing or develop new products and guidelines that meet our customers’ needs.

**If you are great at**:
- Complex Personal Lines Underwriting
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Coaching & Mentoring
**If you have**:
- 10+ years of Underwriting experience - High Net Worth experience is an asset
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP designations
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
