Century 21 Kingdom Realty Inc. is one of the fastest growing real estate brokerage in GTA. We are currently seeking Recruitment Officer to help us to grow as a team by recruiting new/experienced realtors/brokers. There is a lot of growth opportunities in this position. We will be offering base salary plus commissions and bonuses as well medical benefits.

Real Estate Recruiter Responsibilities:

- Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; training and establishing personal networks
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Support employee orientation and onboarding processes

Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience in recruitment or real estate may be considered.

3. Knowledge of the real estate industry: Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with different roles within the industry, such as real estate agents, brokers, and property managers, is highly desirable.

5. Networking skills: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry. Experience attending industry events, job fairs, and utilizing online platforms for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.

10. Professionalism and confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process. Must adhere to ethical standards and comply with legal requirements related to recruitment and employment practices.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
