Junior CNC Operator

**Position Summary**
This position is responsible for starting, loading, and operating Computerized Numerical Control machines (CNC). This includes inspecting finished product; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. There is a great opportunity for advancement and growth in various directions inside the company.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Start and lock down CNC machines
- Load CNC machines with stone using overhead cranes and vacuum lift system
- Prepare materials for the next manufacturing project
- Unload and inspect the finished product, and move it to the polishing area for final processing
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions
- Communicate project information to other team members
- Work in a safe manner that comply with all safety guidelines
- Contribute to team efforts and complete other duties as required or assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Good computer skills
- Operating CNC machine experience
- Experience working with stone countertop production
- Attention to details
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
