OverviewPCL Graphics is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience in grand-format printing and large-scale signage production. This role is ideal for someone who knows the materials, understands the machines, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What You’ll DoYou’ll own the project lifecycle after the quote stage — from converting quotes into sales orders to coordinating across pre-press, production, and installation teams. You’ll be the bridge between sales, operations, and the client, ensuring exceptional quality, speed, and communication every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesTake over projects post-quote from the sales teamConvert quotes into sales orders and kick off internal workflowsCoordinate with pre-press, production, and installation teamsCommunicate with clients promptly — response time under 15 minutes is expectedManage material specs, proofs, deadlines, and install schedulesKeep everything running on time — even during production surgesMust-Have ExperienceGrand-format printing (including 10' UV hybrid and roll-to-roll machines)Familiarity with materials such as ACM, Sintra, Coroplast, Acrylic, Type II Wallpapers, ADA signage, and Window FilmsDirect project management experience in the large-format print industryStrong understanding of print production processes, installation logistics, and client communicationAbility to prioritize and perform under pressure — especially during high-volume cyclesWho You AreA proactive communicator who thrives in a team settingObsessed with hitting deadlines and exceeding client expectationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and quick on your feetNot afraid of pressure — you lean in when things get busyThis is not an entry-level role.
