The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Public Administration and Governance related programs.

**PTIB Standards**:
**Credential Requirement**:

- Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

**Special Credential Needed (Certification or License)**:

- Public Administration Certification or Master in Public Administration

**Specific Qualifications Needed**

**Educational Background**:

- A degree or diploma public administration, political science, business administration, economics or equivalent

**Professional Experience**:

- Have at least 3 to 5 years working in government or public sector roles, with experience in managing public services, implementing policies, and working within government frameworks.
- Experience in designing curricula or training programs for public administration professionals.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials. This includes tailoring content to different audiences and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of public sector regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices. Ability to ensure that policies and programs adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Skills in designing and conducting evaluations of public programs to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
- Ability to analyze and interpret public policies, regulations, and legislative changes. Skills in assessing the impact of policies on public administration and providing actionable recommendations.

**Compensation**:

- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
