**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the VP, Gaming Operations, the Coordinator, Gaming Operations facilitates the raffle operations that support the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation and other clients. The EOCF 50/50 is the largest raffle in professional sports, and this role will maintain and grow the raffle business, whose net proceeds benefit and support communities across Alberta.
**Core Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Reporting**
- Ensure scheduled or ad-hoc reports are provided on a scheduled basis.
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and organization of sales and other reporting
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence group for reporting needs.
**Operations Coordination**
- Support raffle operations in Rogers Place as required
- Ensure all raffle supplies materials are stocked, including ticket paper and washing of raffle aprons.
- Support requirements of part-time staff including raffle administrators and 50/50 Sellers.
**Raffle Administration Support**
- Maintain master list of Raffle Schedule for 22-23 Season, including prizes, sponsors and beneficiaries.
- Assist as required with customer service needs, including winner verification process.
- Liaison with IT Group and business partners as required to resolve customer service or other issues in a timely manner.
**External Client Administration**
- Support with licensing administration in coordination with raffle clients
- Assist in the coordination of presentation decks for regularly scheduled business reviews.
- Support with device and technology requests of clients.
**Marketing Support**
- Ensure current raffle creative is implemented in all required areas (website, social, digital signage, game presentation).
- Coordinate with social media influencers and other marketing partners
- Assist with administration of paid social media and digital ads.
- Support with content creation for Social Media.
**Sponsor Offer Activation Coordination**
- Support coordination of in-venue execution such as promotional campaigns.
- Maintain reporting for sponsor offers.

**Education, Experience and Skills**:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in business or related field is preferred
- 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to work with a dynamic group of individuals in many different departments
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of people on a daily basis, both in-person and via remote connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Results driven, with ability to deliver on priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
