**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist at Big Sky Brands in the Toronto Area, Canada. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role involves assisting the sales team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service**.**

**Qualifications**

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage retailer vendor portals for U.S. and Canadian accounts (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online).
- Update and maintain client contact databases.
- Collaborate with the production team and participate in weekly scheduling meetings.
- Address customer service and consumer inquiries.
- Handle and manage sales leads.
- Coordinate customer purchase orders.
- Prepare shipping documentation (basic knowledge of logistics and transportation is a bonus).
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Assist in preparing for tradeshows.
- Perform general office administration tasks as needed.
- Perform daily inventory updates and production cycle entries.
- Assist with minor inventory management tasks.
