- We are seeking a Full Time **Accounting Coordinator** to join our Administration Team. This role is perfect for recent post-secondary graduates ready to start their professional career or anyone with experience in office administration who has an interest in the accounting field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary contact for accounting related inquiries, including purchase orders and customer account inquiries
- Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function for assigned account(s) including matching purchase order to invoices and entering the invoices into PBS accounting software
- Prepare checks; including monthly pay-runs for assigned account(s) and provide accurate backup documentation for all payments
- Assist in annual year end audit by preparing assigned reports or providing documentation as directed
- Reconcile accounts monthly i.e.. Tire Tax, prepaids, sublet and various deal related accounts
- Send in insurance and warranty remittances on behalf of the customers

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with set deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Employment Level**:

**Wage Range**:
$40,000.00 - $48,000.00 /Year
