As we grow, we are looking for caring and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

**Job Summary**:
As a PSW, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility. You will help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by assisting with activities of daily living.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Follow care plans and document client progress
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and family membersQualifications:

- PSW certificate from a recognized institution
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
- Up-to-date immunization record (including TB testing, if required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if applicable for home care roles)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Additional pay:
