About The Role

  • The Pro Shop Attendant will assist in the operation of the pro shop, including answering phones, managing tee times, enforcing the dress code, and selling merchandise while ensuring high-quality service to membership and guests.
  • The Pro Shop Attendant will conduct tours, inform and enthuse potential residents and golf members of RiverBend Golf Community and facilities, and develop and maintain a rapport and trusting relationship with the membership.
  • The Pro Shop Attendant will assist with merchandising and product displays in the Pro Shop.

Experience

  • Related experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Must be available for flexible hours, including days, afternoons and weekends.
