Looking for a truck driver to drive a 12 ft cube truck. you also have to load and unload cabinets.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company trucks to transport goods and materials to and from designated locations.
Load and unload materials, ensuring items are properly secured and protected during transport.
Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues or safety concerns and report any defects promptly.
Follow assigned delivery schedules and complete deliveries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with general warehouse duties when required (e.g., organizing materials, loading assistance).
Communicate effectively with dispatch, shop staff, and clients to confirm deliveries or resolve issues.
**Qualifications**:
Valid Class G
Clean driving record with proven reliability.
Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving or delivery experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50-75 lbs).
Strong time management and communication skills.
Knowledge of local routes and delivery logistics is an asset.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday schedule, occasional overtime or weekend work as required.
Work may involve driving in various weather and traffic conditions.
Physical activity including lifting, carrying, and securing loads.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
Overtime pay as applicable.
Company benefits available after probation period.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
