Our dispatch and operations team are **driver-first** — we’re here to support you, not micromanage you. We respect your time, your truck, and your work.

**What We Offer**
- **$1.45/mile + Fuel Surcharge (FSC)**:

- **Paid Loaded & Empty Miles**:

- **Fuel Card Provided** - No hidden fees; save up to **$300/week** on fuel
- **Average Total Rate**: ~$1.90/PC Mile
- **Paid Layovers, Extra Pickups & Stops**:

- **Bonus**: $0.05/mile for 4,800 miles in 2 weeks
- **No Forced Dispatch**:

- **Casual Dress, On-Site Gym, Company Events**:

- **Dedicated lanes & consistent freight**

IN, IL, WI, MS, TN, GA, NC, PA

**Requirements**:

- **Your Own Truck**:

- Responsible for insurance, plates, tolls, fuel, etc.
- **1-2 Years Border Crossing Experience** (preferred)
- **Clean Abstract & Criminal Record**:

- **Professional Attitude & Safety-Focused**

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
