**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including checking guests in and out.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Handle phone calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist guests with special requests or concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel environment or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for auditing tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
