This role supports a fast-growing business by carrying out various analyses across multiple product categories. **HOW WILL YOU DO IT?** - Build and analyze seasonal assortment plans by category & by sales channel, based on business strategies and seasonal trends. - Conduct sales analysis to determine product performance, during all phases of the product life cycle - Provide recommendations to maximize sales across all channels - Forecast sales and inventory at the style/color/size level for core programs - Analyze size profiles by store on an ongoing basis and adjust purchases as needed - Partner with allocation team to support retail store needs - Partner with buying and wholesale selling teams to support product and account sales performance - Develop planning and analysis tools to support growing business opportunities - Identify opportunities to improve processes and improve cross-functional collaboration - Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide reporting to align with business goals **WHO YOU ARE** **This is what youve accomplished** - Student in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Supply Chain **This is what youll contribute to the team** - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required - Knowledge of business intelligence tools is an asset - Very analytical and detail-oriented - Strong problem-solving abilities and resourceful - Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to a ever-changing environment - Ability to synthesise and effective communication skills, in English and French **_ We thank all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted._**#LI-JA1
