**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Production Analyst will work closely with the Production Director to monitor project profitability and to develop and implement projects.

**TaskS**:

- Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Production Manager;
- Perform inventory management according to sales budget and forecast.
- Plan equipment, material and labor requirements to meet production schedule;
- Establish and develop the proper and more effective methods of work and monitor production effectiveness;
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout;
- Design and develop standard production procedures, policies and documentation in order to optimize workflow;
- Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs;
- Provide Make or buy analysis and products costs analysis from different technologies/production methods.
- Measures and optimize cycle times and production cells efficiency

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- Or experience in a similar position;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Proficient in AX, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Thrive in a result-oriented environment;
- Works well as part of a collaborative team;
- Well organized, with the ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects;
- Experience in the lighting business would be an asset.
