Turo is redefining car rental, and we're seeking a bold and entrepreneurial person to spearhead our growth. As a Bilingual Associate Host Success Manager (HSM) at Turo, you’ll help build and strengthen the community of car-sharing entrepreneurs who power our marketplace. You’ll be the face of Turo for our hosts—coaching them to grow their business, connecting them with peers, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

This is a great opportunity for a recent bilingual graduate or early-career professional who loves connecting with people, organizing events, and helping others succeed. You’ll gain firsthand experience in how a two-sided marketplace operates, develop community management skills, and play a direct role in improving host satisfaction and marketplace quality.

- Act as the voice of the host within Turo, ensuring feedback and challenges are heard and addressed.
- Triage and escalate time-sensitive host issues (e.g., claims, trust & safety, or support delays) through defined protocols and service level agreements.
- Communicate empathetically and effectively to strengthen host trust and long-term engagement.
