Dog Walker

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Walk dogs of various sizes and breeds in a safe manner, ensuring they receive adequate exercise.
- Maintain control of dogs at all times, using leashes and harnesses as necessary.
- Monitor the behavior and health of each dog during walks, reporting any concerns to the owner.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's needs and behavior.
- Clean up after dogs during walks to maintain a clean environment.
- Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding their dog's walking routines or special needs.
- Keep accurate records of each walk, including duration, distance, and any notable behaviors or incidents.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and address their concerns.
- Ability to handle multiple dogs at once while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely walks and appointments.
- Physical stamina to walk for extended periods and manage energetic dogs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes or designated walking areas.
