We're Hiring: Dog Walker - Join the Endless Adventures Pack

Location: Oshawa, ON

Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Subcontractor Position

Are you passionate about animals and love being outside? Endless Adventures Dog Walking is looking for dependable, experienced individuals to join our team as **independent subcontractors**. We provide high-quality, adventure-filled walks for our clients' dogs—and we’re looking for someone who understands both the joy and responsibility that comes with caring for animals.

What the Job Involves:

- Walking dogs individually or in small, well-matched groups
- Following detailed client instructions for care, behavior, and routes
- Observing and responding appropriately to dog body language and behavior
- Ensuring safety at all times—leash handling, traffic awareness, and dog interactions
- Sharing post-walk updates and photos with clients
- Being outdoors and active in all weather conditions

This is a subcontractor role, which means:

- You manage your own schedule (within the needs of the clients)
- You’re responsible for your own taxes and insurance
- You must represent Endless Adventures professionally at all times

**Requirements**:

- Reliable personal vehicle (you’ll be traveling between client homes)
- Previous dog-handling experience (professional or personal)
- Strong understanding of canine body language and behavior
- Clean background check and driving record
- Physically fit and confident managing dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Smartphone with data for updates, GPS, and client communication
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work

Bonus Skills (not required but appreciated):

- Pet CPR/First Aid certified
- Knowledge of positive reinforcement training techniques
- Background in pet sitting, dog training, shelters/rescues, or veterinary care
