The Spa Attendant is responsible to assist with guest queries.

Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa. This position ensures the needs of the Spa, Fitness centre and swimming pool guests are met. The Spa attendant provide orientation, assign lockers and offer the guest options for tea, coffee and water. The Spa Attendant ensures the ultimate spa experience for all guests.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the spa including but not limited to, the locker rooms/changing areas, waiting areas, fitness centre, swimming pool and linen room.
- Responsible to restock amenities and assist 100% guest in the spa.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service to our Spa and Hotel guests.
- A warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
- Applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the spa hospitality industry preferable
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in other languages would be an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, including overtime as required.
- High school graduate

**Job Type**: Part-time

Day range:

- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Toronto, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
