**Join Our Team as Outside/Inside Sales Representative**
We are currently seeking an Outside/Inside Sales Representative for our Gibbons, Alberta division. The Outside/Inside Sales Representative is responsible for numerous customer service-related duties that include calling on customers in an assigned territory, building relationships with new and established customers, representing various products and services, and providing quotes. The Outside/Inside Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
To be successful in this role, the Outside/Inside Sales Representative will stay on top of market conditions and industry trends and will foster strong working relationships with other members of the North Fringe team to ensure customer needs are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand North Fringe's footprint in Alberta.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Engage with clients through field visits, virtual meetings, and phone communication.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Provide solutions-based customer service and address client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a customer-centric approach.
- Develop effective quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinate customer deliveries by communicating with internal departments.
- Organize, promote, and attend informational and marketing events.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable to ensure timely invoice payments.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in both outside and inside sales.
- Understanding of Alberta’s industrial landscape, including key players & market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Experience with CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Professional Sales Skill Training an asset.
- Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach and provide exceptional service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Existing network and connections within Alberta’s industrial sector are highly desirable.
