Are you a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in cash management and banking relationships? Are you seeking a strategic role where you can leverage your analytical skills and rigour while having a direct impact on the company’s financial health?

We are looking for a Director of Treasury to lead our cash flow forecasting, optimize liquidity management, and maintain trusted relationships with our financial partners. Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this key role serves as the internal reference for all matters related to corporate treasury in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

**What you will accomplish with us**

**Forecasting & Liquidity**
- Develop and automate a cash forecasting process with improved accuracy for short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
- Produce daily cash position reports and optimize the use of credit facilities to ensure liquidity availability.

**Payments & Working Capital**
- Oversee the payment calendar, approval matrix, and controls.
- Standardize EFT/ACH cycles and reduce delays, fees, and fraud risks.
- Optimize cash inflow and outflow operations.

**Banking & Financing**
- Manage banking relationships: terms, fees, services, KYC, signatory matrix, account opening/closing cycles.
- Administer existing facilities (revolving credit/RCF, lines, term loans, interest rate swaps, letters of credit) and prepare analyses for refinancing or additional facilities as needed.

**Contractual Commitments & Reporting**
- Calculate and monitor financial ratios monthly to ensure compliance with covenants; produce compliance certificates and recommend actions to preserve financial flexibility.

**Market Risk (FX & Interest Rates)**
- Define and execute a hedging strategy (natural, forwards/swaps) based on exposure to 6+ currencies.

**Governance & Controls**
- Draft, implement, and maintain treasury policies: investments, hedging, bank account management, controls, and fraud/cyberpayment prevention.

**Data, Systems & Continuous Improvement**
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics GP, banking portals, Excel, and Power BI to build robust dashboards.
- Assess banking connectivity (statements, payments) and the TMS roadmap: lead business cases and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Professional designation CPA, CFA, and/or CTP required.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in treasury management, financial planning, or corporate finance in a complex corporate environment.
- Excellent understanding of banking products and treasury instruments.
- Strong analytical skills, rigour, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology tools (advanced Excel, ERP systems, financial modelling tools).
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
