**WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE...**

6 months...

You have assimilated the majority of tasks and responsibilities. You are familiar with the tools/software you use on a daily basis. You have started your first redesign mandate and are anticipating the next steps in the process. You actively lead and coordinate client and team meetings. You have had a discussion with your client to explain that a scope change request will impact their budget and/or timeline. You have integrated well into the management team and you contribute in your own way to the optimization of the department's processes while radiating a nice positive energy.

12 months...

You have delivered your first redesign mandate and you are now autonomous to carry out an entire redesign mandate. You propose internal initiatives to the management process. You have worked with several teams. You have learned to coordinate different personalities in different contexts, teams and projects. You understand the e-commerce ecosystem and can explain it to your clients.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with eCommerce strategists to advise and propose the most appropriate solutions to clients;
- Maintain and develop the relationship of trust with customers;
- Ensure that budgets are respected...;
- Build and maintain schedules and work plans;
- Facilitate synergy between the members of the various teams involved;
- Manage several projects and teams at the same time;
- Communicate clearly and effectively the progress of a project to internal and clients;
- Communicate to clients the changes that may occur during project development;
- Support teams in the creation, refinement and maintenance of tasks in the task management platform (JIRA);
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in project management or other relevant training and experience in personnel management, budget management and schedule management;
- Mastery of Google Drive (Doc, Sheets, Calendar, Mail);
- Experience with task management software such as JIRA;
- Positive leader, resourceful, autonomous;
- Bilingualism;
- Ability to communicate with tact, flexibility and diplomacy;
- Thorough and meticulous.

**STRENGTHS**
