In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and guidance in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs. Your expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

High Supply Cannabis Co. is a friendly and enjoyable work environment. We have a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Asking questions, exchanging ideas and customer satisfaction is how we grow as a company.

**Requirements**:

- **19 years of age minimum**:

- **MUST HAVE** A Valid **CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate**:

- **MUST HAVE** Clean Criminal Background Check before Start Date
- **1 year Cannabis Retail Experience**:

- **3 years Customer Service & Retail Experience**:

- Be familiar with all laws and regulations surrounding Cannabis and Cannabis Retail Stores
- Understanding of the rules and regulations of the AGCO (The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Use your extensive knowledge of cannabis to educate customers and help them make informed decisions about their purchases.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in legislation to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Manage point of sale checkout, as well as handle cash and transactions through the Greenline sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operation
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.56-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
