**About Us**

Pure Raum is a growing company that specializes in the distribution of professional Korean skincare brands in North America. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join us as our Executive Assistant / Customer Support Coordinator.

In this role, you’ll be a key player supporting the CEO and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also managing customer communications with care and consistency. You will also collaborate across departments — including marketing, education, and logistics — to support ongoing projects and ensure efficient company-wide communication and workflow.

**Responsibilities**
**- Executive Support**
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule and to-dos
- Assist with invoice filing and light bookkeeping
- Draft and send internal announcements
- Support internal employee care
- Handle office supply ordering and basic operations
**- Customer Support**
- Track product reviews and feedback
- Oversee the order-to-delivery process and handle related customer service issues
- Document customer issues and share relevant information with the marketing, education, and sales teams
- Record and manage any claims or complaints (e.g., shipping issues)
- Regularly update customer support manuals and share with the team
- **Other Department Support**
- Collaborate with marketing, education, and logistics teams on ongoing projects
- Assist with administrative or operational needs across departments
- Provide flexible support to ensure efficient communication and workflow company-wide

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in a similar role (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience as an esthetician or in a spa/clinic setting is a plus
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Strong personal interest or knowledge in skincare products and routines
- Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

**Work Details**:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Office Location: Pharmacy & Steeles Ave.

**Compensation**:

- Salary is negotiable based on experience and discussed during the interview.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
