At Fleet Canada, we are committed to precision, innovation, and excellence across all projects. **Job Summary**: The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of various cross-functional projects within Fleet Canada. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will coordinate and track project timelines, gather key performance metrics, and ensure that project milestones are met. The role involves working closely with different departments, such as staffing, IT, maintenance, CAPEX, finance, and customer relationships, to ensure smooth communication and progress on critical projects. This position is ideal for someone who is in, and excels in collecting and coordinating information across teams. The Project Coordinator must also be a personable, outgoing "mover and shaker," capable of driving results and maintaining a strong focus on the successful completion of projects within deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist the CEO in coordinating cross-functional projects across various departments (staffing, IT, maintenance, CAPEX, finance, customer relationships). - Structure, coordinate, and regularly update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects and departments. - Track and report on project progress, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking. - Use Microsoft Project to coordinate and maintain project schedules and timelines. - Collect, organize, and analyze project data to validate the accuracy of reported results. - Communicate regularly with department leads to gather information, align teams on objectives, and ensure smooth project execution. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including KPI dashboards, risk assessments, and performance reports. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and accountability. **Qualifications/Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or KPI tracking roles. - for scheduling and coordinating project timelines. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with teams and management. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. - Competency in data collection and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy in project tracking. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. - Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries is preferred, but not required. - **Integrity**: Commitment to transparency, ensuring that data and project reporting are accurate and reliable. - **Proactivity**: A self-starter who takes the initiative to identify potential issues and proactively seeks solutions. - **Outgoing & Personable**: A mover and shaker with a positive, energetic personality who can build relationships, influence others, and achieve results. - **Critical Thinking**: Ability to question data, validate reports, and ensure that KPI outcomes align with project goals. - **Collaboration**: Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across departments to gather information and align efforts. - **Adaptability**: Comfortable coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as needed. - **Attention to Detail**: Diligent in tracking project progress and ensuring that all details are accurately documented and reported. - **Accountability**: Takes ownership of tasks and delivers on commitments, ensuring project timelines are met and communicated. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person
