- **Duties**:_
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Perform general construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Clean and prepare worksites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Get yourself to sites.
- Working together to complete the goal.
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Familiar with concrete, landscaping or wood working projects.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
