**Job Summary**

This role provide first-level support to customers and resolve customer issues. Leverage experience and extensive working knowledge of work, policies, and practices to perform daily tasks and various administrative and operational assignments.

**What is the opportunity?**

**What Will You Do?**
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Process medical claims
- Reconcile monthly remittance advice
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Respond to billing questions

**What do you need to succeed? Must have.**
- 4+ year of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- A strong understanding of general computer knowledge.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Outstanding personal skills and work collaboratively within a team setting

**Nice to Have**
- OHIP Billing work experience (a huge plus)
- Completion of certified courses - Medical Billing or equivalent
