We help students improve their academic and study skills in a small group setting. We have a lot of fun

Our class sizes are small with a maximum of three students per teacher. **We provide all of the curriculum and lessons. Teachers do not need to lesson plan.** Our teachers explain and guide students through the provided material and help students talk about their understanding.

**Minimum availability requirement is two shifts a week. Choice of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:45pm or 4:45pm to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 9:45am-2:00pm.**

**Position Requirements**

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

**What will you do?**

As a math teacher/tutor/coach at Oxford Learning, you will be responsible for:

- Building relationships with students
- Developing confidence in students that will change their lives
- Creating a fun and energetic learning environment
- Managing and motivating students
- Guiding students through lessons and activities provided by Oxford Learning

**Knowledge of calculus, physics, and/or chemistry is a plus

A one-year commitment is required to provide consistency to our students.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary Range**: $18 - $19 / hour
