High School Math and Science Tutor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-person tutoring sessions for high school students in Math and Science.
- Tailor lesson plans and explanations to align with the BC curriculum.
- Assist students in understanding key concepts, completing homework, and preparing for tests/exams.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to boost student confidence and performance.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of the **BC Math and Science curriculum for Grades 8-12** (e.g. Pre-Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, Biology).
- Previous experience tutoring high school students is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching strategies to individual learning styles.
- Patient, reliable, punctual, and professional.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
