We are hiring for a residential cleaner. We are looking for someone that pays attention to details, to the little things. Being on time, respectable, dependable, and good communication skills are required. Personality makes a huge difference We want positive people. People that uplift each other. Cleaning responsibilities can be trained, but we are looking for certain personality traits. We have been in operation for two years. Our company is steadily growing. We are looking to have someone join our team that can grow with us. We specifically are looking for someone to take on household and short term rental (Airbnb's) cleans at the moment. If you show us you are keen to learn and grow, we will do our best to help you along the way. We strive to create an uplifting and positive environment.

Unparalleled is a property management company that manages short term rentals (Airbnbs). Within the scope of our company we have a cleaning company that cleans short term rentals and household cleans. Our schedule can be very flexible, especially for household cleans and we can try to work around you. If you have small kids that you need to get to school and pick up, we can make that work.

Hours - Monday to Friday, we are flexible on days and hours. Typically between 9AM and 3PM. Some weekend work may be offered.

Rate of Pay - Starting at $17/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in residential settings
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with clients and supervisor to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided or any issues found on job.
- Work with Connecteam app for communication, scheduling, and task checklists
- **Must have vehicle to get from site to site**
- Criminal record check is a must

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
