We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cleaner.

As a Full-Time Cleaner at Squire Hospitality Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring that our furnished rental properties are cleaned to the highest standard. This includes daily cleaning of suites, managing and restocking inventory, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also involves cleaning common areas within buildings, move out cleans for long-term rentals, and managing the furnishing inventory of units.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all areas in suites are clean and meet the Squire standard.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, carpet cleaning and vacuuming.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and initiative. - Adapt to varying tasks as the dynamic nature of the position demands.
- Perform unit inspections as scheduled/required.
- Clean two suites daily whenever possible/necessary.
- Maintain a rotation of deep cleans in the suites as scheduled.
- Conduct occasional move-out cleaning and construction cleaning.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Track inventory levels and resupply as necessary.
- Report necessary maintenance and coordinate with in-house maintenance technicians.
- Assist in guest departures and arrivals.
- Maintain linens and towels, removing stains, washing, pressing, and packaging to return to suites for guests’ use.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Competent in using Squire's various systems, or a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to use a personal cell phone and data plan to perform job duties. - Permanent access to a reliable vehicle with a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Smart phone with a data plan to access Squire systems.
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively with little supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a weekly working schedule as needed.

**Work Hours**:35 hours per week
