**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation.
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems accurately.
- Conduct research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support ongoing cases.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for various legal tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits.

**Skills**
- Strong interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients and witnesses.
- Proficiency in using Lexis-Nexis for legal research purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderly files and documentation.
- Strong administrative abilities for managing office tasks efficiently.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
