**Now Hiring: Experienced Boat Detailer (Nanaimo-Based)**

We’re looking for detailers or marine professionals with real hands-on experience. Whether you’ve detailed boats, done deck work, paint correction, or even marine systems work—your experience matters. Other skills like ceramic coatings, vinyl, or teak work? That’s a big plus.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Full-service detailing: washing, polishing, waxing, interior work, canvas, engine bay, etc.
- Spotting and solving detailing issues before they become customer complaints
- Using top-tier products and tools correctly and efficiently
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates
- Helping The Yacht Lab maintain its reputation as the go-to name in boat care
- Based in or near **Nanaimo**:

- Experienced with boats—detailing, deckhand, yard work, or other marine trades
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Physically fit and comfortable working on docks and ladders
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Bonus: experience with specialty services like coatings, wraps, teak, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
