Business Development Manager
- Utilize CRM systems to control and manage the sales pipeline and efficiently drive sales
- Track progress - create lists of leads and update status as you move deals through the funnel
- Foster relationships with associations and senior decision makers
- Close deals - take leads to their conclusion by closing new business
- You are lead generating hunter. You will prospect new business opportunities and follow up on leads, sales inquiries, and marketing responses
- Manage and maintain a database of existing and potential customers
- Manage outbound targeted communication and provide appropriate and timely information to prospects
- Oversee the education and development of prospects
- Develop and implement, in conjunction with management and marketing, new ideas for group sales promotions
- Identify, attend meetings and network with relevant social media groups and associations
- Manage special projects for the leadership team as needed

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years sales experience
- Excellent CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Skills with particular strength in Excel
- Data mining and analytical skills
- Experience prospecting and networking on social media
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diversity of corporate customers
- Strong rapport and credibility with new and existing clients
- Strong selling, influencing, negotiation and closing skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Energetic, self-motivated and results-driven

We offer a base salary and generous sales commissions based on achieving prescribed goals and comprehensive benefits.

Pay: $60000 - $65000 per year
