Finishing Carpenter

We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Finishing Carpenter** to join our crew. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing high-end finish work with precision and professionalism, ensuring the final stages of our projects meet or exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install doors, baseboards, trim, crown moulding, and cabinetry
- Perform precise measurements and cuts to ensure seamless finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project timelines
- Inspect and repair existing structures as needed
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of finish carpentry

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in finishing carpentry
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and finish specifications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

**Compensation**:
Competitive wages based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and extended benefits for long-term employees.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
