**The Role**

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, energetic team tackling everything from new home builds to custom renovations, foundations to finish work. We value skill, but we value a positive attitude and team mindset even more.

**What You’ll Get**
- **$25-$30/hour** (based on experience)
- **42.5 hour work weeks**:

- _Summer hours_: Mon-Thurs
- _Winter hours_: Mon-Fri
- **Work sites mostly in Queens, PEI**, with some in Kings & Prince County
- **Medical & dental benefits** after 3 months

**What You Bring**
- Experience in residential construction (extra points for finish carpentry, framing, renos)
- A willingness to learn, pitch in, and try new things
- Your own reliable transportation
- A set of basic tools - nail bag and steel toe boots — we’ll supply the rest
- A good attitude, a sense of humour, and a desire to be part of something bigger
