**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promptly deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms while ensuring accuracy and presentation quality.
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any special requests.
- Double-check orders before delivery to ensure that all items are correct and meet the hotel's standards.
- Set up in-room dining tables with attention to detail, ensuring a clean, appealing, and comfortable dining experience.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu offerings and be able to make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Ensure that orders are delivered within the expected time frame and communicate any delays to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area, including trays, carts, and service stations.
- Present the guest check and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management if necessary.
- Monitor and restock in-room dining supplies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE**
- Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification required
- Must have previous F&B experience
- Previous experience as In-room Dining Server is an asset
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have a good command and understanding of the English language
- Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
- Must be pleasant, have an outgoing personality and able to communicate and work with a diverse group of individuals and guests
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Must have excellent grooming standards and remain professional at all times
- Must demonstrate proven qualities of an excellent team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
