- **Specific Duties and/or Job Responsibilities**:_

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be an integral part of our world-class hospitality team at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. You will be dedicated to providing our guests with unforgettable dining experiences in the comfort of their own rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Taking guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Presenting dishes with style and grace, adhering to our high standards of presentation and service.
- Providing personalized recommendations and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Anticipating guests' needs and addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas and adhering to food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding our hotel's standards of excellence.
