Maintenance Coordinator with Yada Property Managment

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair projects for properties under management
- Provide hands-on support for finish carpentry projects, including installations, repairs, and renovations
- Use technology, including property management software and scheduling tools, to manage maintenance schedules and work orders
- Monitor and respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property owners in a timely manner
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Assist with business development by identifying potential new properties for management and helping to negotiate contracts

**Requirements**:

- Strong finish carpentry skills and experience in property maintenance and repair
- Proficiency with technology and property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or college degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,100.00-$57,720.00 per year
