**Your New Role.**

As a **Red Seal Carpenter**, you are at the core of the business and play a key role in building the projects that we take so much pride in. You will be responsible for specific projects and will work as part of a team to complete daily tasks, on time and with a high degree of quality. You will report to a Site Foreman or a Project Lead and you must pay high attention to detail and take pride in your work.

**Here's what you'll need to have**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in roofing, siding and framing
- Motivation to tackle projects head on with a can-do attitude
- Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise.
- Passion for safety and working as part of a team of people
- Self-starter and always one step ahead of what's expected and your call of duty.
- Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.
- You're looking for a career, not just a job.
- A background (and passion) for construction.
- Hands-on experience in commercial or residential construction.
- Experience with framing, drywall, exterior & interior finishes.
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire
- Red seal certification in carpentry or any other trade would be an asset.

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
