We're on the lookout for an experienced **Home Renovation Supervisor** who shares our commitment to excellence. If you have comprehensive renovation experience and possess an organized and proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.

**Job Summary**:

- **Position**: Home Renovation Supervisor (NOC 70011)
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours weekly, 52 weeks annually)
- **Work Location**: Unit 31&32-90 Nolan Court, Markham, Ontario, Canada L3R 4L9
- **Salary**: CAD$28.00/hour, Full-time
- **Benefits**: Includes vacation and sick leave

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and Perform on-site construction work as instructed by the manager to ensure timely and quality completion of projects, including but not limited to tasks such as demolition, installation, decoration, and maintenance.
- Oversee and strategize the layout and execution plan of home renovation projects in line with client specifications and budgets.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing professional advice and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for developing and adjusting work schedules, coordinating subcontractor activities to guarantee on-time and premium-quality project delivery.
- Monitor the progress of projects, conduct on-site inspections and supervision, and promptly identify and resolve potential issues.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier engagements, ensuring the seamless supply of materials and services.
- Vigilantly monitor and assess subcontractor work quality, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.
- Timely report work progress and potential risks to superiors to ensure effective control of project deadlines and quality.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of work experience in home renovation or the construction industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Ability to quickly identify issues and take appropriate steps to resolve them to ensure projects are on track.
- Attention to detail and quality control.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High school or equivalent

**Official Languages**:

- English
