**Your opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:As Manager, Planning & Allocations - APAC Temporary, you lead the execution of the forecasting, planning and fulfillment activities for all APAC regions. In this role, you will grow your people-leadership skillset and become adept at influencing others across the business through your command of planning best practices and knowledge of our business and supply chain. Our APAC region represents some of our largest, fastest growing markets with notable diversity in business model and need. Your ability to build strong, scalable processes that meet these diverse needs will be central to our success.
**Meet your future team**:
- The Planning & Allocation - APAC team are veteran allocations coordinators who know their markets, their key partners, and the business well. They’re adept at problem-solving and in coordinating across functions including with Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Regional Commercial leaders.
**If you were in the Manager, Planning & Allocations - APAC Temporary role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:
- Designing and continuously improving the forecasting and planning model within the APAC region
- Building and coaching a high performing Planning & Allocation team to deliver against this strategy and drive operational excellence
- Leading monthly S&OP Demand Review process for your responsible portfolio
- Overseeing fulfillment of regional inventory needs and collaboration across functions to ensure the best possible outcome for your markets
- Working closely with Merchandise Planning leadership and the Supply Planning team to improve decision support reporting on: in stock analysis, OTIF (On Time in Full) root cause analysis, demand planning accuracy
- Representing and oversee the forecasting and product planning at each Go-to-Market Stage-gate
- Working closely with Regional Commercial teams in the process of Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning, including Inventory and Product Offering Strategy discussions
**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:
- Evolving our seasonal sell-in process with all APAC teams to bring them onboard with our internal production timelines and forecast requirements
- Coordinating with Supply Chain teams on Supply Chain strategies as well as the monitoring/tracking of various demand planning factors that impact product availability, i.e. out of stock root cause analysis, with the objective to improve service to the customers
- Utilizing data analytics to drive consensus and influence decisions during GTM process on seasonal product line decisions: model, article, and SKU
- Analyzing regional sales trends and projection to highlight any sales forecast inaccuracies or perceived inventory gaps into the future
**Are you our next Manager, Planning & Allocations - APAC Temporary?**:
- You have a University degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Business or equivalent
- You have 5+ years’ Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Sales Forecasting or Financial Modeling experience
- You have 3+ years’ experience in people leadership
- You have outstanding analytical abilities combined with business acumen; ability to master the numbers as well as relating it to the rest of organization
- You can think both strategically and tactically, you possess a persistent attention to detail, ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity, and a high level of comfort in working with large quantities of data
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

- $104,000 - $130,000 a year
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD $104,000 - CAD $130,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
