As a Quality Control Specialist your main responsibilities involve capturing quality requirements and managing quality documentation. This includes creating and updating the control plan, verifying quality evidence, and managing non-conformities. More specifically, you will:

- Ensure that documentation complies with specifications, regulations, standards, and internal procedures in order to meet the project-specific quality requirements.
- Create a control plan and keep it up to date.
- Review quality-related documents, identify and report missing documents or inconsistencies—both in content and form—and make the necessary corrections.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures related to quality control.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify root causes, determine action plans, and ensure follow-up.
- Participate in maintaining and updating performance indicator tracking records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in technical writing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in document conformity verification (certification).
- Relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication abilities.
- Internal auditor training is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) and functional English. Proficiency in written English is required, as the position involves handling English-language documentation.
- Successfully complete the security screening process and obtain the security clearance required under the Federal Government’s Contract Security Program.
