**SUMMARY**:
The Pharmacist Walk-in Clinic at Shoppers Drug Mart in Alberta is a team of Registered Pharmacists who can help with the care of our Patients by prescribing for minor illnesses, lab requisitions, point-of-care testing, chronic disease management and more. The Clinic Administrator (CA) plays an important role in coordinating the day-to-day aspects of the Pharmacist Walk-in Clinic.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Customer Service
- Greet customer promptly
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries
- Set realistic customer expectations as to wait times
- Have customers fill out appropriate paperwork
- Ensure customers requiring counseling are referred to the Pharmacist
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Diploma from a Pharmacy Assistant credited course preferred
- Previous Pharmacy Experience preferred
- Effective organizational skills, ability to multi task
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong attention to detail
