**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately install new roofing systems on commercial buildings based on detailed specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring the integrity and longevity of roofing structures.
- Perform essential repairs and replacements of damaged or ineffective roofing materials.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, removing debris post-project and ensuring sites are pristine.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively, maintaining high safety standards throughout.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Commercial Roofer, with a solid track record of handling various roofing materials and techniques.
- Proficient with a range of hand tools and equipment typically used in roofing projects.
- Adept at reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working comfortably at heights.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in carpentry or maintenance roles is considered an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$44.50 per hour
