Commercial Relationship Manager

**Job Overview**
We’re growing fast. Indi East Commercial is a national brokerage funding millions each month across multifamily, mixed-use, construction, and business-finance loans. Our team blends big-bank discipline with entrepreneurial freedom, and now, we’re looking for an experienced commercial underwriter or relationship manager who’s ready to trade red tape for results.
You’ll take the lead on commercial underwriting and client relationships within a high-volume, referral-driven brokerage. You’ll work with our in-house underwriters and partners to structure, present, and fund deals of all sizes, from $500K to $50M+.
Bring your existing network, your sharp analytical brain, and your deal instincts, we’ll give you the infrastructure, national reach, and marketing power to scale your book of business.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships with lenders, appraisers, and borrowers
- Package and present deals for funding with speed and precision
- Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to process improvement
- Source your own opportunities and share in team-generated leads
**Ideal** Background
- 3+ years in commercial underwriting, account management, or business banking
- Deep understanding of deal structure, risk analysis, and cash-flow lending
- Driven, entrepreneurial mindset, you’re done with the corporate ceiling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A strong network or existing Centres of Influence (COIs) is a definite plus

Pay: $35,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
