CES PowerOn is currently looking for a dynamic **Generator Technician** to join our fast-growing team As our** Generator Technician,** you will be responsible for services that include maintaining, repairing, and testing commercial/ industrial generators in an efficient and timely manner. You will work using safe work practices, always being aware of personal and client safety. You will be required to demonstrate written and verbal communication through the creation of work documents, providing explanations and demonstrations to others on the safe use of related equipment. ***Please note that all applicants must currently live in Canada and be legally entitled to work without sponsorship.** **Duties & Responsibiilties**: - Perform emergency service, preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and instruction for customers' generators - Perform voltage changes on generators based on customers' requirements - Re-wire, adjust, and install control panels and voltage regulators - Test, measure, and verify the operation of generators and transfer switches - Diagnose faults within engine-driven generators powered by diesel or natural gas - Complete required service and equipment performance reports as required - Other related duties as required **Qualifications**: - Experience working on Generator and fuel systems for maintenance and service - Knowledge of electrical systems and components - Comprehensive knowledge of preventative maintenance of power equipment - Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently - Self-driven, team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment - Great customer service skills - **Valid "full G" Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record**: - Generac, Koehler, Caterpillar license is an asset **Here’s What You’ll Love**: - Employer of choice, certified as a **_Great Place to Work®_**: - Above-average industry compensation - New vehicles, iPhone, and uniforms provided by the company - 100% employer-paid benefits premium plan - Career development and advancement - The opportunity to work with one of the **fastest-growing organizations in Canada
