**Position Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Over-seeing full cycle recruitment and managing day to day recruitment activities with the plant teams;
- Develops and executes a sourcing strategy and message to attract talent to the organization;
- Plays a key role in the execution of projects and talent acquisition initiatives;
- Maintains all documentation and metrics associated with the recruitment process and reports on them regularly;
- Liaises with external recruitment agencies for temporary and permanent hiring support; and
- Performs special and ad hoc projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline preferred;
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience required, other Human Resources generalist experience a plus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Prior working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Dayforce is preferred;
- Must possess strong experience with sourcing and networking; and
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
