**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Leverage your product knowledge to explain recommended services, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring transparency and building trust.
- Collaborate with the service team to schedule and prioritize repairs for timely completion.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, clearly explaining costs and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and any changes in repair processes.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs meet customer expectations and dealership standards.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering positive relationships.
- Utilize dealership software to document transactions, update records, and track service histories.
- Understand the importance of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) tracking and actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
- Safely and efficiently pull customer vehicles into the service area as needed.
- Be willing to assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is a must; prior experience as Ford Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including features and maintenance requirements.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in dealership software and computer systems.
- Proficient in dealership software, with experience in ERAccess preferred.
- High attention to detail in preparing estimates and invoices.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
