We are looking for a highly motivated **Driver Recruiter **to support the growth and development of our company. **Driver Recruiter** will be working with Recruitment Manager in directing company’s drivers recruitment strategies and staffing objectives as requested by the upper management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of recruitment experience in transportation industry (an asset)
- Transportation/Logistics background is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great interpersonal skills, natural sales person
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
